Responsibilities included were to develop the project master schedule. The plan was developed using the WBS methodology. Phases included Engineering, Environmental Permitting, Procurement and Construction. The Master Schedule also included Project Controls included Budget Tracking, Change Management, Earned Value and Resource, Equipment and Material Loaded. The master schedule is based on CM.

- Lead Project Planner/Scheduler for the Service Center Annex Office Building Construction Project - Budget $50 Million

Responsibilities included develop the project construction master schedule. The plan was developed using the WBS methodology. Phases included Engineering, Permitting, Procurement and Construction and Start-Up. The Master Schedule also included Project Controls included Budget Tracking, Change Management and Earned Value. The master construction schedule was integrated with various contractor inputs. CPM methodology was used.
